Nebbiolo Langhe D.O.C.

Nebbiolo has a centuries-old connection with Langhe, where it has always been grown to produce noble wines. Heredis is a complex wine to be discovered through fine tasting. Nebbiolo Langhe “Heredis” has a strong personality: it is soft on palate with elegant tannins, as well as finely persistent while having a fresh and fruity aroma.

GRAPES:
Nebbiolo

WINEMAKING:
Manual harvest of Nebbiolo grapes is carried out during the first 15 days of October; after that about 10 days are required for winemaking through maceration on skins. Wine is stored and refined for 6 months in oak barrels first, then in steel tanks.

COLOUR:
Ruby red tending to garnet as it ages.

FLAVOUR:
Immediately vinous with pleasant notes of ripe fruit such as currant, black cherry, strawberry, as well as light hints of spices and cocoa

TASTE:
Elegant, harmonious and soft on palate, it is lingering and, though a bit harsh, characterized by sweet, fruity notes

PAIRING:
It pairs well with Piedmont traditional dishes like stuffed pasta, ravioli, boiled and roasted meat. It is ideal for aperitif, too, as it pairs well with cold cuts and local cheeses

STORAGE:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cool place away from lights and vibrations
