Amaya Arzuaga Colección is a single varietal Tinto Fino from old vines farmed in two separate estates: the first, with clayey soil containing sand and pebbles; and the second with limestone, providing deep minerality to the wine. The harvest takes place manually with 15-kg boxes. The grapes pass through a selection process before being barrelled, and are mashed daily before fermentation, which lasts 14 days and includes batonage.
