Höpler Trockenbeerenauslese

Liquid gold! An unusual sweet wine of the highest quality. Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) is produced from a selection of hand-picked grapes that have matured on the vine for a particularly long time and have been affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Due to the long hanging time and the influence of the noble rot, the grape juice in the grape is naturally concentrated and, after subsequent fermentation, produces the "nectar of the gods".

Nose: intense floral notes of pineapple and passion fruit
Palate: hints of caramel, honey, apricot and gooseberry. Silky long finish, complex and fine fruity flavor. Complex, rich and harmonious finish
Food: This full-bodied, concentrated dessert wine goes well with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit and any type of dessert
