Garnet red colour with pale orange reflections. Fruity (red berry jam, withered violet and geranium flowers) evolved and spicy. Dry, full, warm with great structure and long aromatic persistence flavour. Excellent with game, red meats and mature cheeses. Serve 16-18°C.
