Supple, round and full-bodied, it delivers aromas of fruit drops, an aromatic range that is typical of the Bordeaux region, and a particularly refreshing finish. Michel Lynch rosé is obtained by “saignée” – or bleeding –, and then subjected to cold vinification to obtain very fruity aromas. Served at between 8 and 10°C, its light and elegant backbone is perfect for an aperitif  or with salads and grills.
