Straw yellow colour tending towards greenish tinged. Fresh and delicate with hints of cherry and elderberry blossoms. On the palate it is flavoursome, dry, elegant and harmonious with a crispy finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it matches cold cuts, soups, fish and roasts.
