Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, it is complex and aromatic with notes of lemon verbena, white peach, lime and fresh mint. Bargylus Blanc is full bodied with a vibrant acidity and clean mineral backbone. It is an elegant, balanced wine which is a serious pleasure to drink.
