This crisp white wine is crafted from Pecorino grapes grown in vineyards near Miglianico, just 3 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea at an altitude of 250 metres. Once believed to be extinct in the 1980s, Pecorino is now primarily cultivated along Italy’s eastern coast. Naturally high in acidity, it yields fresh, vibrant wines with citrus notes and delicate white flower aromas. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, Giuliana Vicini Pecorino offers a bright, easy-drinking alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
