Deep straw yellow color. Intense nose on the attack with a beautiful structure with an acidic support, very long in the mouth with aromas of nuts. Food and wine pairings: Accompanies poultry stew, American-style dishes in sauce and all Jura specialties, coq au vin jaune and morels. Maturation for 6 years and 3 months in oak barrels.
