Our story begins with our father, a visionary who built Mirachem Marketing Ltd. in the 1980s, starting as a small import company run from our family’s apartment in Guardamangia. He taught us the values of hard work, integrity, and ambition. As brothers, Andre and Nicholai, we grew up immersed in this entrepreneurial spirit, but we each found our way into the business in different ways. 

For Andre, the journey was immediate—a love for the family business sparked as a child selling his father’s first detergent to teachers at school. For Nicholai, it was a slower burn, fueled by lessons in resilience and humility. Together, we transformed Mirachem, building it into a name recognised for quality, trust, and innovation.

Today, as Wine.mt, we’re taking this legacy in an exciting new direction, moving beyond B2B to connect directly with you, the consumer. With this transformation, our mission is clear: to grow a vibrant community of wine lovers across Malta while making exceptional wines accessible to everyone.

Our venture into the wine industry was anything but conventional. In 2004, just as Malta entered the EU, we made a bold move: offering Italian wines at local prices, absorbing the levies ourselves. It was a risk for two young brothers in their 20s, but it set the tone for everything we’ve done since—pioneering, daring, and always putting quality first.

We’ve traveled the world, forged partnerships with renowned wineries, and brought some of the most exquisite wines to Malta. These experiences shaped not only our expertise but our vision: to educate, inspire, and unite a community of wine enthusiasts who value the stories behind every bottle.

With the rebranding of Mirachem into Wine.mt, we’re embarking on a new journey—one that places you, the wine lover, at the center. Our online platform is designed to make discovering and enjoying wine effortless and exciting, offering a carefully curated selection that reflects decades of passion and experience.
