Delivery Costs & Times
Costs for Delivery
For all products within our website, any orders over €25 include Free Delivery. For orders under €25 a fee of €3.54 will be applied to your shopping cart.
Local & International Delivery
Delivery of goods only to Malta & Gozo. For international clients please make contact here.
For orders in Malta, the delivery will be within 48hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For orders in Gozo the delivery will be either Thursday or Friday. (excluding public holidays)
Collection from Store
You may opt to collect your purchase from our store at Mira Bldg, Triq Kan K Pirotta, B’Kara, Malta BKR 1114. The collection is free and the processing time for your order being ready for pickup is within 48hrs from when you placed the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We recommend calling us before, tel: +356 2148 8590, you come to collect to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.
Damages During Delivery
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery time by contacting us here. Failure to report any damage within the specified time frame means you have accepted the state of the delivered product/s.
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
You may request a specific date for delivery by entering a comment on the check-out page.
If the product/s you are purchasing are marked as 'pre-order', the delivery times of these may vary as we will first need to source the product/s for you and deliver once in stock.
We do our utmost to fulfill delivery to your specified requirements and to our best abilities. If a situation beyond our control inhibits the immediate delivery or the delivery on a particular date selected, then we will attempt to deliver at the next available time.
We retain the right to change our delivery costs, and the structure of charges, at any time in the future.
Out of Stock / Replacements
In the unlikely event that the item/s you order is not currently in stock, we will contact you to see if you would rather change the order to a similar item, wait for the items to be available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
When the goods delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed within 3 working days of order.
You may return the items ordered until five (5) days after the goods are received. You will be responsible for returning the goods to our stores. The goods must be received unopened, in their original packing, unchilled and undamaged within the stipulated five days. You will be refunded once the goods are returned and checked.
